Experience: The senior member of the Birchler Realtors sales team, Kathryn has the experience to facilitate the smoothest of property exchanges for both buyers and sellers. As the office top producer since 2000, she's honed the skills necessary to make deals happen and keep them together. Kathryn meets buyers' immediate needs while positioning them nicely for future trades. This ability gives her customers options they had never dreamt possible. Often budget constraints preclude a buyer from obtaining their ideal property. Kathryn can assist in achieving a buyer’s goal via a series of acquisitions and sales. She skillfully moves property owners from standard to superior shore locations using the equity gained from initial and subsequent purchases. Ask Kathryn how to play "market monopoly" and start working toward YOUR ultimate goal today.
Sellers, too, delight in Kathryn's ability to move property. She has the tools and ability necessary to stimulate offers. Her track record on real estate sold is hard to beat - having never lost one of her listings to another agency. Kathryn’s knowledge of shore area sales allows her to price homes with remarkable precision. Many agents attempt to land listings by offering owners an inflated, unattainable price tag. With Kathryn you can rest assured you’ll receive a realistic opinion regarding the value of your property.
Kathryn also participates in the sale of commercial real estate. She focuses these efforts primarily in the hotel & motel field. Many satisfied clients have purchased profitable area businesses. As with most commercial opportunities, available properties are typically not listed in the MLS. This lack of advertising prevents the loss of business and employees. Due to the confidentiality in commercial transactions, those interested in said properties are asked to call for a current inventory of businesses for sale.
History: A teacher of mathematics in her home state of Pennsylvania, Kathryn moved to Lavallette in 1998. Opting to use her degree in an alternative career, she joined Birchler Realtors in 1999. A current resident of Seaside Park and proprietor of multiple beach rental units, Kathryn takes her own advice as well as she gives it. Her personal experience with 1031 exchanges, tax-free gains and "moving up" makes her an agent whose knowledge you can trust.
