At the prime of his earning potential Brendan stepped away from a Fortune 500 management position.  Although his last occupation seemed exactly what he'd worked so hard to achieve, real estate is clearly his forte.  He now thoroughly enjoys utilizing his business acumen right here in his own backyard.   

With his dual degrees, Brendan understands and can convey all aspects of property investing and financing.  Given his background, he also devotes a good portion of his week to the business of selling businesses.  Very few shore Realtors have the knowledge and experience necessary to broker these commercial transactions.  As with all sales, Brendan can handle this type of deal with professionalism and confidence.  Commercial investors should call for the widest scope of opportunities to choose from.  

History:  A dependable employee since his early days in the work force, Brendan attained several management positions in the industrial and commercial fields.  He gained quick respect from corporate supervisors and soon became one.  Early successes furthered his desire to complete both degrees and conquer business on his own terms.  Currently, he sells real estate at Birchler Realtor’s Lavallette location.  OceanFirst Bank also employs Brendan as the only loan officer/Realtor in the bank’s 105 year history.
